not be a perpetrator.

The Soroptimist STOP Trafficking project is designed
to raise awareness about trafficking and sex slavery
and to enjoin communities to take action to prevent
and put a stop to it. The Soroptimist International
of the Philippines Region (A Foundation) Inc. (SIPR)
subscribes and commits its support and active participation
in this project. Please click here
for Club Guidelines on Soroptimist STOP Trafficking.
Today, trafficking is one of the most
important issues affecting women and girls globally.
All Soroptimist clubs are therefore strongly urged
to join the campaign to end trafficking, particularly
sex trafficking, by raising awareness among the general
public on the issues and problems involving trafficking.
As a first step, a Logo Design Competition is being
held until October 31, 2008. We encourage all clubs
to send in
entries. Please click
here for the Mechanics of the
Logo Design Competition.
