TAKBO! BREAST FRIENDS
3K, 5K and 10K Breast Cancer Awareness Fun Run.

For the past seven years now, Soroptimist Ortigas has been hosting TAKBO! Breast Friends – a fundraising sports activity to help defray the cost of chemotherapy treatments and medicines for indigent and working class breast cancer patients.

This year, the event will be held on October 5, 2008 at 5:30am at the ULTRA (Track & Field Oval), Pasig City. Physically fit, capable and trained individuals and running enthusiasts are invited to participate in the 2008 TAKBO! Breast Friends Fun Run. Registration fee is Php200.00 per person. Cash, trophies and medals are at stake. Medals will be given to the top 3 Soroptimist Finishers. Opportunities for sponsorships are available.
