This is to congratulate Governor Carmen A. Flor for the launching of a new improved website. This is to congratulate too Ms. Cherry Tumaneng, Public awareness Chair and Ms. Bing Grande for doing the website.

Soroptimists have gone a long way. As our participation improves shown by the 200 strong Philippine delegation in Taipei.

The awards received show the dedication of our Region led by Immediate Past Governor Linabelle Villarica. That the Philippines is an outstanding Region, there is no doubt.

As we sustain our website, and update the same for our members to have access to information. For truly communication is the key to growth of our great organization.

Building teams to live our dreams is a beautiful theme for us to follow and internalize as we improve the lives of women and girls in local communities and throughout the world.

Dreams for 2008-2010 will continue to fire our passion for volunteer service.

Congratulations to a dynamic SIPR that will blaze the trail for more achievement.
